IMPORTANT NOTE
We strongly condemn and are disgusted by Jahar's actions, and we pray for his victims regularly. Nonetheless, as Christians, we believe that Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for them and that despite Jahar's heinous crimes, the blood of Jesus is more than sufficient to wash him white as snow. Also, this is not a blog either for or against the death penalty for Jahar, as whether he lives or dies, his eternity is what matters most.“Adopt” Jahar For Prayer

For those who don’t know, the name Dzhokhar means “jewel.” I don’t think I could have named him better myself, for he is really a precious jewel in God’s eyes. No matter what Jahar has done, he is a beautiful … Continue reading

The Power of the Cross
By all accounts, Jahar is: in darkness, blind, a sinner, bound, a stranger, empty, condemned, broken, a prodigal, lost, an enemy, and poor. But through the power of the Cross, we can see the chains fall off of Jahar and … Continue reading
Let not one go unwarned and unprayed for
I think it’s imperative that we realize what’s truly at stake here: If nothing changes, Jahar is going to hell. What he’s suffering now because of his injuries, being locked in a 10 x 10 foot cell all alone for … Continue reading
